Can you clean before we get the keys?
As long as you or your agent can arrange access, we can usually clean the same day you get keys, or before your move-in date.
Is this the same as an end of lease clean?
Similar scope and standard, but timed around when you're moving in rather than moving out. If you need both (moving out of one place and into another), let us know and we can help coordinate timing.
How is the price worked out?
Quotes are based on the size and condition of the property. Tell us the details when you enquire and we'll give you a firm price before booking.
Do you clean empty properties or ones with furniture already in?
Either. It's easier and more thorough if the property's empty, but we can work around existing furniture if needed.
How far in advance should I book?
As early as you can, especially if your move-in date is fixed. Same-day bookings are available if we've got a slot free.
