If the property is furnished and the furniture requires cleaning, additional charges will apply. A furnished property includes items such as sofas, dining tables, TV units, bedside tables, and other furniture provided with the rental.

Do I need to be home during the clean?
No, as long as we can access the property. Many customers arrange key handover through their agent or leave a key with us.
What if my property manager isn't happy with something?
Flag it within 48 to 72 hours of the clean and we'll come back and fix it at no charge, no argument.
Is carpet cleaning included?
Yes. Carpet steam cleaning is included in your end of lease clean as standard, not charged as an add-on. It's one of the things property managers check most closely at final inspection, so it's built into every bond clean rather than left for you to arrange separately.
How is the price worked out?
Quotes are based on the size and condition of the property. Tell us the details when you enquire and we'll give you a firm price before booking.
How far in advance should I book?
As early as you can, especially around end/start of month when demand is highest. Same-day bookings are available if we've got a slot free.
Do you clean ovens as standard?
Yes. Oven cleaning is included in the standard price, not billed as an extra. The stovetop, grill and rangehood are degreased as part of the same clean.
